Job Description :

  • Resposible for day-to-day financial administration operations.
  • Building relationships with government, banks, leasing companies.
  • Monitor accounting and management processes.

Qualification :

  • Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Administration, or related field.
  • Min.Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Finance Management Major.
  • GPA min. 3.25.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and project management.
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.


2. Business Consultant

Job Description :

  • Providing solutions through product offering for business problems.
  • Assist the administrative needs of Costumers.
  • Keep abreast of market dynamics to open opportunities
  • Conduct sales mapping to facilitate new market
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers and always providing the latest information about products.

Qualification :

  • Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience in the field of Business Consultant/Business Analyst/Business Development or related field.
  • Min.Bachelor Degree all Major.
  • GPA min.3.25
  • Has good interpersonal and communication, negotiation skills, problem solving skills.
  • Target oriented.
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

 

3. Reward Performance Industrial Relation Management (RPIRM)
Job Description :

  • Building relationships with employees to create a comfortable climate in the company.
  • Encouraging the creation of democracy for the progress of the company.
  • Ensuring company compliance with government regulations related to employment.
  • Anticipate and resolve disputes between employees, unions, management, companies, employment agencies.
  • Make a track of the cases handled.

Qualification :

  • Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience in the field of Human Resources-Industrial Relations.
  • Min.Bachelor Degree of Law Major.
  • GPA min.3.25.
  • Understand labor law and job creation law.
  • Able to communicate and negotiate with internal and external companies.
  • Good integrity and teamwork.

 

4. Corporate Governance And Sustainability (CGS)
Job Description :

  • Able to carry out maintenance, and data collectionof company assets
  • Create budget and payment reports
  • Prepare administration and licesing requirements
  • Make a maintenance plan for the companys assets

Qualification :

  • Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience in the field of General Affair/Building Management
  • Min.Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering
  • GPA Min. 3.25
  • Have good communication and problem solving skills
  • Good integrity
  • Detail oriented
  • Data driven

 

5. Social Responsibilities And Communication (SRCOM)
Job Description :

  • Assist in developing and implementing company communication strategies.
  • Generate engaging content for various channels (blogs, social media, promotions).
  • Support media relations and manage journalist relationships.
  • Maintain and update company website content.
  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events.
  • Support internal communication through newsletters and memos.
  • Monitor media and analyze industry trends.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualification :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Public Relations,or related field with a GPA of 3.25
  • Proficient verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Good knwoledge of corporate social media platform management.
  • Strong organizational skills with solid time management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative in communication approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various parties.
  • Able to speak mandarin and english.

 

6. Research & Business Development Minerals Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Description :

  • Develop plans for business and development strategy.
  • Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies.
  • Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development
  • Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the project’s achievement
  • Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities
  • Oversee the implementation of different contracts
  • Build, encourage and maintain longterm relationships with key stakeholders
  • Create and present a detailed report for upper management
  • Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualification :

  • Fresh graduate or max.5 years experience in the field of Business Expansion, Business Consultant, Mining Consultant or related field.
  • Min.Master Degree in Metalurgy/Mining/Minerals.
  • GPA min.3.00
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin able to use it as a working language due to the nature of this role.
  • Strong teamwork and communcation skills, active thinking, strong learning and adaptation abilities.
  • Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion.
  • Willing to traveled all around Indonesia.

 

7. Research & Business Development Mechanical Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Description :

  • Develop plans for bueiness and devlopment strategy.

  • Oversee the implementation of different contracts
  • Build, encourage and maintain longterm relationships with key stakeholders

Qualification :

  • Fresh graduate or max. 5 years experience in the field of Business Expansion, Business Consultant, Mechanical Engineering Consultant or related field.
  • Min.Master Degree in Mechanical Enginering specifically Electric Vehicle
  • GPA min. 3.00
  • Deep understanding and experienced on Elctric Vehicle
  • Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language due to the nature of this role.
  • Able to using Mandarin language for business proposed is a plus.
  • Willing to traveled all around Indonesia.
