• Ready to Work in Shifting Hours
• Ready to Join Training for 1 Month
• Complete 3 Doses of Covid-19 Vaccine
• Placement Kartasura – Solo

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive complaints / requests / questions about products or promos from customers via calls, emails, applications, and social media.
• Provide good solutions & up-to-date information to customers according to company procedures.
• Create customer / non customer reporting ticket.
• Ready to work on target
