Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience related to specific field is required for this position.
- Experience in organization development, people development, recruitment.
- Having good knowledge in Organization Development, Recruitment process, People Development, Performance Management.
- Fast learner, dynamic person, problem solver, strong analytical thinking, good teamwork, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with Indonesian Labour Regulation.
